Refund policy

No returns are accepted. 

While every vessel is packaged to ensure a secure journey, the studio understands that rare transit incidents can occur. To process a claim for a damaged work, the following protocol must be followed with 48 hours of delivery.

Required Documentation:

  1. Order Details: Acquisition ID and date of delivery.
  2. External Images: High-resolution photos of the shipping box showing any external impact marks or punctures.
  3. Internal Images: Clear photos of the original packaging materials (tissue, padding, containers).
  4. Product Images: Multiple angles of the damage to the work itself, including the "CoC" maker's mark on the base.

Resolution Process:

Upon receipt of the documentation, the studio will initiate an insurance claim with the carrier. Because every piece is a singular creation, replicates are not available. A full refund will be issued once the carrier's investigation is complete.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
